On the top of my head I can think of a couple of interesting options:
Mars Attacks! Red brick terrain (official website) (Element Games)
- PROs: Made of plastic and modular, you can pretty much build what you want
- CONs: the windows/doors are sealed and the gaps between the tiles are kinda ugly
Sarissa Precision terrains (official website)
- PROs: great quality/cost ratio, easy to assemble
- CONs: MDF isn't the most durable stuff and it tends to be damaged by water/humidity
Battle Systems Urban Apocalypse Terrain (official website)
- PROs: it looks great, no painting required and it looks like it can be disassembled and stored easily
- CONs: it's basically made of thick cardboard and it's somehow expensive
4Ground (official website) (Wayland Games)
- PROs: already painted and it looks great
- CONs: made of MDF and kinda expensive
